Technical Sales Support (Poperinge - BELGIUM)

To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a driven Technical Sales Support professional who plays a crucial role between customers, sales, and R&D. Responsibilities
As Technical Sales Support, you are the technical right hand of our sales department and a trusted point of contact for our customers. You support the entire process, from pre-sales and demonstrations to installation, training, and after-sales support. Your responsibilities are broad and challenging:
- You prepare technical product demonstrations for potential customers
- You support customers with installation, configuration, and integration
- You act as the first technical point of contact for customers after purchase
- You provide technical training sessions
- You work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and the Product Manager
Profile
- You hold a graduate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (electronics / ICT)
- You have a passion for technology and strong technical insight
- You have a strong interest in technology and innovation
- You are communicative, customer-oriented, and able to explain technical information clearly and simply
- You are willing to occasionally attend customer visits, installations, or trade fairs
