Business Development Manager

UnitronGroup is looking for a Business Development Manager


  • You like technology and have a Master degree in Electronics
  • You're a great communicator and a team player with management and coaching capabilities
  • You have proven project management experience 
  • You can communicate in English. Knowledge of other language (German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic) is a plus 
  • You are willing to travel internationally


  • You maintain commercial relations with all existing customers within our sales channels: operators, integrators, OEM partners, Johansson distributors and sales agents
  • You search for new prospects / new markets and maximize client potential in designated regions
  • You develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements
  • You support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • You provide technical trainings and present custom-made solutions based on customer requirements
