why we developed the Titanium, a strong and stable compact satellite headend

We like asking our partners how they experience our products.
This helps us to improve our existing products.
It also serves as input to develop new products, based on their needs.

A few months ago, we noticed something interesting with several customers:
After years of working with other headend suppliers, they switched to Johansson.

Why? They told us that Johansson headends are better:
more stable, qualitative and trustworthy.

Our headends are loved, both the rackmounted as the standalone modules.
To satisfy the changing needs of the market,
it was time for us to develop a new compact headend: Titanium.

Titanium is our newest compact satellite headend that is suitable for small to medium-sized budget-friendly projects.

Just like our other headends, the Titanium is a stable, qualitative and trustworthy transmodulator with:

  • 4 (ref. 8700) or 8 (ref. 8701) tuners
  • 4 output MUXs (DVB-T/-C)
  • 2 CI slots for CAM cards
  • RF in and RF out
  • built-in power supply
  • easy-to-use installation: the first users were really satisfied about the Titanium's ease-of-use and quick installation
